Q: What hours are you open?

We are open 9AM-5PM Monday-Thursday and 9AM-3PM on Fridays.

Q: Where are you located for local pick ups?

We are located in our sister companies building Wrap City Graphics:

62 6th Ave. South • Hopkins, MN 55343

Q: What is your turn around time?

Usually around a week. From August-December it can be around 2 weeks as it is peak sport season.

Q: Do you have a minimum order amount?

We have no minimum! You can order just one thing unlike many of our competitors.

Q: Do you offer any bulk discounts?

Yes, we do! We offer 5% off of 50 of any item and 10% off 100 of any item.

Q: Do you do express orders?

We do express shipping, but with the nature of our handmade products, we need around 3 days at least. The vinyl material needs time to dry, as well as set up and production.

Q: Are the bottles dishwasher safe?

Our bottles are dishwasher safe, durable, and BPA / PABA free. The vinyl used on our products is the same that is used on cars, therefore it is weatherproof and hardy to all conditions. Our vinyl material is even laminated for extra protection.

Q: What steps are you taking to be eco-friendly?

We use Eco-Solvent inks to print the graphics, reuse all our packaging, and recycle wherever it's possible.

Q: Do you have my logo on file?

You can always contact us and we can send over the logos that we have for your team.

When you are designing and selecting yes, we have your logo on file, please be as specific as you can with logo you want. If you say the Edina logo, there are currently 53 different Edina logos.

Q: You don't have the color options I want?

Our designers will match your colors to the logo you provide. You can always specify any design changes you want in the comment section.

Q: I have a sponsor logo I want to be included!

Upload your sponsor logo where you would upload your roster. You can upload multiple files.

Q: What if I want to have multiple designs in my order?

You can create many different designs, just be sure to upload the correct roster to design you are choosing before adding it to the cart.

Q: My logo doesn't look good after I used the design tool?

Our design tool removes the background of the logo file you upload and sometimes it will remove part of the logo. Our design team receives the logo file you uploaded when designing and will use that to create your production design.

Q: I made my design and ordered but it needs tweaks!

We don't print anything without your approval after the order. You will receive and email and a final proof to approve.
