Disclaimers

SHIPPING NOTE: Because these are custom produced products, orders generally ship within 4-7 business days from receipt of order and payment. Expedited shipping is available during check-out but does not speed up the designing process.

It is your responsibility to obtain permission to use logos and mascots you upload.  We are not responsible for obtaining permission to use logos.

Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a defective product, please contact us (sales@teambottles.com) within 10 days of receiving your order. We may ask you send a picture to help us better understand the issue and we may request the defective item be returned to us at our cost.

We do pre-inspect each bottle before shipping. Bottles dropped on hard surfaces, such as ice rinks or asphalt / concrete are very prone to splitting, especially in cold conditions like hockey rinks. Our bottles will not withstand being hit with sport sticks or racquets. Such incidents will not be considered defective bottles.

Missing or Damaged Items

Issues with missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued based on inspection. Please contact (sales@teambottles.com) and we will respond promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Because these are custom products, for Standard Delivery orders, you may change or cancel your order within twelve (12) hours of submitting your order. For Rush Delivery orders (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard Delivery order), once placed you may not change or cancel your order.
